Processing of orders:
All orders are delivered on Fridays. Delivered products are delivered between 16:00-17:00. If an order is picked up, it can be picked up between 12:00-17:00 on Fridays. You can pick up at other times by notifying in the "Explanation with order" when the order is made. We only ship to the capital area and the southern peninsula. Different prices are for different locations.

Payments:
All payments through our online store are made through a secure payment page and we do not store the payer's card number. If the product is picked up, you can request that the product be paid in cash.

Deadline:
All products can be returned and either exchanged or given a credit note. The product must be unused and come in its original packaging. The return deadline is 3 days from when the product is delivered. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

Privacy:
All personal information received by the seller is treated as strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of completing a transaction. However, the buyer has the option of receiving an offer by e-mail, and the seller will then only use the information needed for that, such as a mailing address.

Resolution of doubts
Always try to solve all issues in the simplest way possible. If this is not possible, the case can be taken to the Service and Liquidity Purchase Complaint Committee hosted by the Consumer Office. As a last resort, the case can be taken to court. It must be done in Icelandic jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of the seller.
